Each auction is subject to general (and in some cases, special) conditions of sale, applicable to all bidders – giving you the assurance that you are bidding fairly, on the same terms and conditions as all other buyers as well as the peace-of-mind that these conditions cannot be re-negotiated by the seller after the fall of the hammer.
