Extension 12, Gaborone, South-East District
Extension 12 is an established central neighbourhood, just east of the Government Enclave and within immediate proximity of Fairgrounds, one of Gaborone’s primary commercial and financial hubs. The area is characterised by leafy streets, large residential plots, and a strategic location that blends quiet suburban living with immediate access to the city's commercial and administrative hubs.
The area comprises generally of a diverse range of standalone houses on generous sized plots, however, there is a significant trend toward redeveloping these plots into modern multi-residential townhouses and executive homes, due to high demand for centrally located housing, such demand commanding comparably high-yielding rental and sale prices in the city.
