Broadhurst, Gaborone, South-East District

Broadhurst is a renowned area, just north of the Gaborone city centre.  At the heart of Broadhurst, is the historic BBS Mall and Kagiso Centre offering a diverse range of restaurants, fast-food outlets, local and international retailers, filling stations and supermarkets encompassing an open-air market.

The area is home to Tsholofelo Park, Gaborone Private Hospital, Broadhurst Police Station, Botswana Savings Bank and several nursery, primary and secondary schools including the highly-acclaimed Broadhurst Primary School.  The area is also home to one of Gaborone's most established industrial areas, Broadhurst Industrial, which is home to Kgalagadi Breweries Limited (KBL), Sefalana and other renowned local and international organisations.

Broadhurst comprises of a diverse range of residential properties, offering "pockets" of large properties in established leafy suburbs (such as Tapologo Estate) and in recent times has attracted a high demand for residential property from investors and owner-occupiers due to its' relatively central location and easy access to schools, amenities and major business centres in Gaborone.
